Overview

A continuous band sealer that grips the pouch mouth between moving belts, carries it through heating and cooling zones and delivers a strong, uniform seal at up to 12 m/min. An embossing wheel prints a dry batch / date code in the seal; an optional support conveyor keeps filled pouches level. The standard finishing sealer for spice, snack, tea, hardware and chemical pouches.
